1:1 Support to Help Move Your Business Forward

Every tourism business faces moments where an outside perspective can make all the difference. Whether you're trying to attract more visitors, improve your operations, strengthen your team, or create a better visitor experience, Boost Your Business connects you with a specialist to help you tackle a real business challenge or capture a new opportunity.

Through three advisory sessions, participating businesses will work with a specialist to explore a specific challenge or opportunity, identify practical solutions, and develop clear next steps for implementation.

Applications open August 10, 2026, 08.30 AM (MST)  - September 10, 2026, 04.30 PM (MST). Program will run from October 2026 - March 2027.

Why We Created This Program

Earlier this year, we asked Yukon tourism businesses what support would make the biggest difference to their success.

The answer was clear. Businesses wanted practical, 1:1 advice from experienced specialists who understand running a tourism business. That is exactly what Boost Your Business delivers.

This program gives participating businesses the opportunity to work directly with an expert to explore a challenge, identify practical solutions and develop clear next steps tailored to their business.

How It Works

Bring your challenge or opportunity!

Perhaps you're wondering:

  • How can I attract more visitors?
  • How can AI make my process more efficient?
  • How do I build a stronger team?
  • How can I improve my visitor experience?

You'll be matched with a specialist who will work with you through three structured 1:1 advisory sessions focused on practical ideas and achievable actions.

This isn't about producing a report that gets read once and never used again, it’s about tangible steps toward improvement.

Choose Your Focus

Stream 1: Marketing: Businesses will work with a marketing specialist to explore opportunities to reach new markets, strengthen their online presence, leverage AI and digital tools, improve customer engagement, and respond to changing visitor expectations.

Stream 2: AI & Business Efficiency: Businesses will work with a specialist to identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes, streamline administrative tasks, enhance customer service, and increase operational efficiency. Support will focus on practical, achievable solutions that save time, improve productivity, and/or strengthen overall business performance.

Stream 3: Human Resources: Businesses will work with an HR specialist to address a specific workforce challenge and identify practical actions to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, or workforce planning.

Stream 4: Visitor Experience, Business Performance, and Sustainability: Every visitor makes decisions that shape their experience, your business, and the destination. Participants will identify one high-impact visitor experience opportunity, design simple interventions, and develop a practical action plan to improve visitor experiences while delivering measurable business and sustainability outcomes.

Service providers for each stream will be announced when applications open on August 10, 2026.
