Federal Election 2021
On August 27, 2021 Yukon federal election candidates joined TIA Yukon’s weekly forum to answer questions from the industry and share their tourism policies. Find the recording of the forum here.
Following the forum, candidates were given the opportunity to provide us with written answers to the industry’s questions. You can find these written answers below.
Please note that not all candidates have submitted answers. This page will be updated as we receive answers.

What Yukon Tourism Operators Need To Know
For almost 50 years, TIA Yukon has served as Yukon’s tourism industry’s advocacy organization. Never has there been an issue as threatening as Covid-19. We are posting information here as it becomes available. Please let us know if you have additional needs, we may be able to point you in the right direction.
We will be providing regular news updates and a bi-weekly survey to gather valuable data to understand the impacts and advocate for support. We are working closely with Yukon Government, TCMF, CanNor, Parks Canada, TIAC, and other industry partners to give our membership the most up-to-date and relevant information related to the tourism industry.
