HappyTuesday, on behalf of the Tourism Industry Association of the Yukon, is seeking catering proposals for Compass 2027, taking place April 22, 2027, at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre in Whitehorse.
Compass brings together approximately 100 tourism operators, industry leaders and partners from across the Yukon for a day of learning, conversation and connection. We’re looking for a catering partner who can help make the food experience part of the day.
The successful proponent will provide arrival refreshments, morning and afternoon nutrition breaks, lunch, and coffee, tea and water service throughout the conference.
We’re particularly interested in proposals that bring some Yukon flavour to the table. Local ingredients, connections to Yukon food and agriculture, creative menu ideas and thoughtful presentation are all encouraged.
Proposals will be considered based on overall value, menu quality and suitability, dietary accommodations, creativity and presentation, opportunities to showcase Yukon, and TIAY membership, with preference given to current members.
