Welcome to TIA Yukon – the Yukon’s industry association for tourism – all sectors, all of Yukon!

TIA Yukon is entering it’s 2nd year as a newly reorganized association – new Board structure, larger membership base, new website and a new Business Plan with a vision for “…a strong, vibrant, sustainable industry that provides year round employment and delivers quality services….

Having just completed the 2008 Yukon Tourism Industry Conference, held in Haines, Alaska – our website is now loaded with presentations, reports and information shared with delegates and now available to all members.

We are going to use the main page of tiayukon.com to publicly thank all of conference sponsors, presenters, volunteers and delegates for participating in Haines.  As the theme and intent behind the Spring program was to inspire discussions and build awareness around Sustainable Leadership in the Tourism Industry, the conference team was equally inspired by how all sponsors and delegates took this theme to heart – in the time at the conference, in their sponsor messaging and in their own business practices.  Yukoners are natural leaders – we just need to coordinate it all and tell the world!
